I get it… Hashimoto’s (and other autoimmune disorders) can seriously impair your life with symptoms such as: chronic fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, depression, muscle and/or joint aches and pains, persistent weight gain, and hair loss. Most traditional treatments address only the symptoms and not the root cause – a poorly functioning immune system. To truly heal, the root causes must be addressed.
That’s what I do.
As the Hashimoto Health Coach, I use a functional medicine approach to help men and women with autoimmune disorders, such as Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, begin their healing journey, regain their health and energy and start living life on their terms again. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to identifying and addressing the root cause of the disorders so I use personalized programs that focus on the individual needs and circumstances of my clients.
Because of my academic background (PhD in Applied Health Sciences) and Functional Medicine health coaching, it’s in my nature to do all of the research and only use science-based and proven methods.
